The FilmGays App is the companion app for our film club — members vote on the next film, book seats at screenings, and chat about the nights. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, this page is how you reach us.

How do I get the app?

The FilmGays is on the App Store and Google Play. The club itself is invite-only — the app is for members — so if you'd like to join, message the Community Admin and we'll take it from there.

I can't sign in

Use the same account each time — Google, Facebook, Apple, or your email — so your votes and bookings stay together. If you signed up with email, check your inbox (and spam) for the confirmation message. Still stuck? Email us at dimartinomirko@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

How do I book a seat?

Open Screenings, pick a film night, and tap Book my seat. Booking asks for a complete guest profile — a WhatsApp number, notifications on, and a photo of your face — because film nights mostly happen in members' homes. If a night is full you can join the waitlist, and we'll notify you if a seat frees up.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: tap your profile avatar (top-left), then Delete account, and confirm. It removes your account and data permanently. You can also ask us by email — see Delete Your Data for both paths.

How do I report a problem in the chat?

Long-press any message and choose Report — the Community Admin reviews every report within 24 hours, and content that breaks our rules is removed. You can also block a member from their profile, which hides their content from you immediately. See our Terms of Use for the club's rules.
